General Information Rooms

Our hotel is located in a monumental building, built in the beginning of the 20st century and the reason that all rooms have their own setting and character.
The hotel and the rooms are located on the first and second floor of the building. Our guests must be able to walk stairs as we do not have an elevator, but are happy to assist you with your lugguage.

All the beds in the rooms are for 2 persons. On request we can move the beds to a twin/2 seperate beds.
All rooms have their own private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all the rooms we have a hairdryer. We supply linnen, towels, soap and shampoo/showergel. All our rooms have central heating, a ventilator and in the bathroom is floor heating. The rooms have digital flatscreen tv and radio, excellent free internet/WIFI through the whole hotel.

Extra facilities in the large room: a comfortable couch and a small guest safe. Possibility to arrange an extra bed.
Our terrace room is on the first floor and the only room with a furnished balcony/terrace.

Extra beds & babybed

In the Large rooms (on request) we can put 1 or 2 extra beds, the price for an extra person in the room is € 30,- per night including breakfast. We can arrange a babycot (on request) only in the large room and in the standard room for babies/children untill 3 years. The price is € 10,- per night.

The hotel and the rooms are located on the first and second floor of the building.
We do not have an elevator, but are happy to assist you with your luggage up- & downstairs!

Reservations

Availability and prices you will find on our reservation page. Roomrates are including breakfastbuffet and excluding citytax € 3,25 per person per night.

Check in

Check in hours from 13.00 to 17.00 hrs.
We can guarantee your room ready for check in form 13.00 hrs. However you are more than welcome to come to the hotel from 08.00 in the morning to leave your bagage with us. Please come to the hotel, you can have some coffee or tea and we can inform you about nice things to see and do in Haarlem.

Arrival after 17.00 hrs

For late checkin we have an easy self checkin procedure.

Payment

Our preferred payment is PIN/EC Bankcard/Maestro/VPay or CASH (Euro's).
We also accept MasterCard & VISA.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before date of arrival, so up to and including 2 days before arrivaldate. For a late cancellation or no show we will charge the first night.

For groupsreservatinons we have different conditions for cancellation.
Special cancellation conditions (reservation from 4 rooms and more)
For reservations from 4 rooms we require a deposit of 30% of the reserved amount 2 months before arrivalday.
Cancellation policy groups:
• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100% of the reserved amount
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 % of the reserved amount
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: € 25,-
